Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with 3E The Carwash Manufacturer. We aim to provide fast and reliable shipping for all orders. Please review our shipping policy below.

Processing Time
• In-stock items ship in 3-5 business days.
• Made-to-order parts (rollers, sprockets, drums, chains, fabricated items) have a 2–3 week lead time.
• Chemical orders (gallons, 5-gallon pails, drums) ship in 3-5 business days.
• Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST are processed the next business day.
• We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Methods
We ship using USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Carrier is selected based on item size, weight, and destination. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery Times
• West Coast: 1–3 business days
• Central US: 3–4 business days
• East Coast: 4–5 business days
• Freight shipments: 3–7 business days depending on carrier

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated based on weight, dimensions, product type, and location.
Free shipping applies to chemical orders over $200 (USA only).
Free shipping does not apply to parts, rollers, chains, or heavy equipment.

California Customers
Selected chemical orders shipped within California may qualify for discounted delivery.

Freight Shipments (Large Orders & Equipment)
Large or heavy items may ship via freight. A commercial address is recommended. Residential deliveries may require additional fees. Inspect all freight shipments at delivery—report visible damage immediately.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reship fees may apply.

Lost, Missing, or Damaged Packages
If an order arrives damaged or is missing, contact us within 48 hours and provide photos if applicable. We will help file a claim with the carrier.
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.

International Shipping
At this time, we ship within the United States only. Contact us for special requests.

Order Changes or Cancellations
If you need to update or cancel an order, email us within 12 hours. Orders already in production or shipped cannot be canceled.
