3E Rewards Program Terms

Joining

3E Rewards is free. Create a 3E customer account to join and receive 50 welcome points. One account per person or business.

Earning points

Earn 1 point for every $1 of product subtotal after discounts.
Tax, shipping, gift cards and quote-based or tunnel-system orders do not earn points automatically.
Points are capped at 1,000 per order.
Points are pending for 30 days after your order is fulfilled, then become available.
Pro members (customers who spend $500 or more in a rolling 12 months) earn 1.25 points per $1.

Referrals and reviews

Earn 200 points when a friend you refer places a first order of $50 or more and that order clears the 30-day pending period. Earn 25 points for a published product review. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts are not eligible.

Redeeming rewards

Rewards are issued as single-use codes and applied at checkout.
Every reward requires a paid order that meets the minimum shown on the reward ($50 to $300 of products). One reward per order.
Reward codes cannot be combined with other discount codes.
Rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Standard shipping or freight charges apply. 5-gallon rewards are available to Pro members only.

Returns and cancellations

If an order is refunded or canceled, the points it earned are removed. If those points were already redeemed, your balance may become negative until you earn more.

Expiration

Points expire after 12 months without earning or redeeming. We will email a reminder before points expire.

Changes to the program

3E The Carwash Manufacturer may change rewards, point values or these terms with notice posted on this page. We may remove points earned through fraud or abuse.
